    1. Understanding
    These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the legal relationship between the guest / customer / operator, hereinafter referred to as a guest, and the Hotel Brasserie, hereinafter referred to as Hotel.     2. Jurisdiction / Applicable Law

    Withdrawal by the Hotel

    Cancellation of room reservation to 2 - 5 Days before the deadline: 50% in the order confirmation
    Cancellation of room reservation less than 24 hours before the date: 100% according to the order confirmation
    9. Renewals
    If the reserved duration of the event the legal closing hour (curfew) likely exceeded, the guest must contact the hotel no later than 3 days prior to the event, so that the necessary permits can be obtained.     14 Animal Husbandry

    15. Lost property

    16. Other provisions
