1. Understanding
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the legal relationship between the guest / customer / operator, hereinafter referred to as a guest, and the Hotel Brasserie, hereinafter referred to as Hotel. For simplicity, in these conditions - always spoken of the contract - no matter in relation to which Power. There are only valid at conclusion of the contract terms and conditions of the hotel. 2. Jurisdiction / Applicable Law

3. Definitions

5. Scope

7. Prices / payment obligation

8. Events

Withdrawal by the Hotel

Annullationsbestimmungen
A cancellation of the guest from the contract concluded with the hotel requires the written consent of the hotel. Cancellation fees at events

Cancellation fees for room reservations

a) Individual bookings
Cancellation of room reservation to 24 hours before the event: no costs
Cancellation of room reservation less than 24 hours before the appointment: load for 1 night
b) Group bookings
Cancellation of room reservation to 2 - 5 Days before the deadline: 50% in the order confirmation
Cancellation of room reservation less than 24 hours before the date: 100% according to the order confirmation
9. Renewals
If the reserved duration of the event the legal closing hour (curfew) likely exceeded, the guest must contact the hotel no later than 3 days prior to the event, so that the necessary permits can be obtained. 10. Stay / Smoking

11. Insurance

a) Hotel:

13. Disease score

14 Animal Husbandry
Animals are not allowed in our hotel rooms as well as in the entire property. However, the hotel strives to be happy about a possible placement in suitable animal hotel.
15. Lost property
Found items are forwarded with clear ownership and knowledge of residential / commercial address. The cost and the risk for subsequent shipping are borne by the guest. After a 3-month retention period, the goods were handed over to the local lost property office.
16. Other provisions
The hotel wishes of guest services that are not provided by the hotel itself, so is merely as an intermediary. Advertisements in media (such as newspapers, radio, television, Internet) with regard to events in the hotel, with or without use of the unchanged corporate logos, require the prior written approval of the Hotel.
